By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display the characteristics, dimensions, colors, and materials of our products. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of manufacturing, monitor settings, and screen calibration. These variations are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time without prior notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If a pricing error is identified after your order is confirmed, we will notify you before processing payment.

Some Telos Studio Lab pieces are produced in limited quantities. Minor variations between individual units — in finish, texture, or dimension — are inherent to the production process and are part of what makes each piece distinct.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.

Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable US state and local laws, based on the shipping destination. Customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@telosstudiolab.com.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Telos Studio Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for orders lost or undeliverable due to incorrect address information.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with photographs before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and free from signs of use, damage, or alteration.

The following items are not eligible for return: custom or personalized orders, items marked as final sale, items returned after 30 days from delivery, and items returned without prior authorization.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@telosstudiolab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and authorization. Items sent without authorization will not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Telos Studio Lab website — including designs, product names, photographs, graphics, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Telos Studio Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not replicate, manufacture, or sell designs derived from our products.

6.1. Third-Party Licensed Designs

Some products available in our store feature layouts and structural designs that are the intellectual property of third-party designers. These designs are properly licensed for commercial sale and distribution by Telos Studio Lab.

The existence of a valid license to sell these products does not transfer any design rights to the customer. Purchasing a product that incorporates a third-party licensed design does not grant you the right to reproduce, replicate, manufacture, or distribute that design in any form — physical or digital — without obtaining the appropriate license directly from the original design rights holder.

Unauthorized reproduction of these designs may constitute infringement of third-party intellectual property rights and may result in legal action by the respective rights holders.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
